Jacqui Smith to defy rebels with plans for 42-day detention without charge

"Jacqui Smith said yesterday that plans for 42-day detention without charge are going ahead - despite signs that a Labour rebellion is gathering pace.

Story here

The Home Secretary, speaking ahead of a vote on the Counter Terrorism Bill tomorrow, insisted the argument could be won."

So much for the feminist movement's favourite claim that women in power are more humane than men. You only have to look at the evidence to see that this is self-serving garbage. Here we see the fragrant Ms Smith forcing through legislation to imprison people for 42 days without charge.

Why is this necessary? To combat a 'terrorist threat'. Why do we have a terrorist threat? Insofar as we have one, it's because her government carried out an illegal military invasion of two sovereign countries in order to steal their energy assets. It's no wonder they are pissed off with us.

Nice one Jacqui. Another triumph for those human rights that feminists like yourself hold so dear.

Unto The Breach is a great tool to start fighting back against the fematrix! I've honestly never seen so many pro-male comments underneath Daily Mail articles. Before now, mine have mostly been rejected.
