Waitress who claimed she was groped by her boss awarded £60,000

This one makes my blood boil.

Ruling in her favour, tribunal judge Jenny Mulvaney said: 'There was a culture of banter and flirtation amongst the predominantly young staff and management.

'The interaction ranged from mildly flirtatious to overtly sexual interaction and included bottom pinching and sexual innuendo. The claimant admitted to participating in this behaviour.

'It was not denied by the claimant that after her shift ended, she exposed her breasts to fellow employees.'

Alex Psaras must pay a total of £53,958 for the harassment and dismissal and Mr Tunney £5,256 as he was 20% liable - a total of £59,214.

The picture at the top of the article makes me sick; the quintessential 'wronged woman'.
